Trauma Therapy
and Perinatal Support for Adults,
Online across Ontario.

For adults navigating complex trauma, relational wounds, and the intense shift into parenthood.

Healing that goes deeper than coping skills.

Are you wondering if things will ever feel easier?

Stop just surviving parenthood. Start reclaiming yourself.

  • You’re exhausted—not just from sleepless nights, but from the constant mental load of holding it all together.

  • On the outside, you look like you have it all together. Inside, you’re running on fumes, bracing for impact even when things are calm.

  • Parenthood should be a time of connection, but instead, you feel isolated. You question your instincts every time you pick up your baby. Did I hold them right? Am I doing this wrong? The inner critic is loud, replaying old conversations and shaming you for needing help.

  • You’ve tried to “think” your way out of this. You’ve listened to the podcasts, learned the boundaries, maybe even spent years in traditional talk therapy. But knowing why you react doesn’t stop the panic attack at 3 AM or the sudden wave of grief that hits when you least expect it

You’re tired of wondering if things will ever feel different.

You’re ready to move forward, not just survive.

Hi, I’m Caitlin.

Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Toronto, Ontario. I specialize in helping new parents and those with complex trauma find their footing when the world feels too loud.

Integrating body/mind modalities, (such as Deep Brain Reorienting and EMDR) that get to the root of the issue, I’ll help you reconnect with yourself, get out of survival mode, and live a life with more ease.

Imagine Feeling...

  • Grounded in your body. No more floating outside yourself or bracing for impact when a loved one walks into the room. You feel present, safe, and able to stay connected even when things get intense.

  • Trusting your gut. When you pick up your crying baby, you know what they need without spiraling into doubt. When someone asks for something, you hear your own "no" before you say an insincere "yes".

  • Lighter in your chest. The constant hum of anxiety quiets down. You stop replaying conversations from three years ago. You stop scanning every interaction for signs that you’ve done something wrong. You just... breathe.

  • Seen, not just tolerated. You don’t have to shrink, perform, or manage everyone else’s emotions to be worthy of love. You can show up as your messy, real self—and still feel held.

  • Whole. Not fixed. Not perfect. Just whole. You remember who you were before the trauma, before the burnout, and before the pressure to be everything to everyone. And you start to meet that person again.

Deep healing. Real connection.

Clients reach out to me because they know that I get it.

I’m a therapist who is not afraid to talk about the difficult, often unspoken topics in life. I bring humour, creativity, warmth and deep compassion into each meeting.

My practice brings together a wealth of education, experience and ongoing learning- from scholars and leaders in the field, but more importantly, from my clients.

I strive to work in a way that is anti-oppressive, anti-racist, de-colonial, relational and attachment focused. I recognize the lived experience of folks and the impact of systemic oppression, as well as my own privileges and social location.

I want the therapy space to be a place where you can truly feel seen and heard, that you are not alone, and that you matter.

Online therapy for meaningful connection and change

I respectfully acknowledge that I live, work and play on the stolen and unceded land of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Huron-Wendat Nation, the Anishinaabe Peoples and the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. I strive to remain accountable to the Dish With One Spoon Covenant, the Two Row Wampum, Treaty 13, and the Williams Treaty. I acknowledge that I am a beneficiary of the ongoing violence First Nations, Inuit and Métis People experience under the colonial project known as Canada, and I stand behind them in their fight for justice and self-determination. Writing this is not enough; we must all continue to acknowledge the past, work towards decolonization and continue to educate ourselves.

Let us remember that our liberation and fight for social justice and equity is bound together with the suffering of oppressed peoples everywhere facing ongoing violence and genocide under continued colonial power.

We cannot be free until everyone is free.
